We pride ourselves on our childcare. Because we take children from 2 years we expect them to still be in nappies. Caring for very young children is more than just keeping them safe and clean. We talk to our children to help them to understand what is happening arround them and so that we can understand their needs. The 'Key Person' system helps to foster bonding between children and their assigned member of staff who is responsible for monitoring their progress and communicating with their parents.
